Free shipping is offered to Canadian addresses ONLY on orders of $100 or more.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We are an online store only located in Toronto, Canada. Pickup is not available at this time. We hope to provide pickups in the near future.

 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING IF I DON'T MEET THE QUALIFIED FREE SHIPPING AMOUNT?

If your order is less than $100, the shipping total will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping total is based on where the items is being shipped, the shipping provider, method selected and the weight of all items being purchased.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! We now ship worldwide. 

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Ground shipping within Canada varies from 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). International orders may take longer. Unexpected delays during transit are possible for all shipments.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once orders are processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking information (if applicable). You can track your package on their website using the tracking number provided.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES?

All Canadian orders will not be charged customs and duty fees. International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees to which the customer will solely be responsible for.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We ship to P.O. Boxes within Canada ONLY via Canada Post. Shipments to P.O. Boxes internationally is not available at this time. 

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISPLACED PACKAGES INCORRECTLY DELIVERED IF THE ADDRESS INFORMATION IS INCORRECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. MAYA'S WARDROBE DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED OR PACKAGES THAT WAS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS AFTER IT'S CONFIRMED AS DELIVERED OR IF THE PACKAGE WAS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO YOU OR IF THE PACKAGE WAS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER IMMEDIATELY TO FILE A CLAIM. IF AN ORDER RETURNS TO US BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, A RESHIP FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO SHIP THE ORDER A SECOND TIME.
