Return & Exchange Policy
The satisfaction of our beautiful dolls are our top priority. We take pride in the quality of products and customer service we provide. Every product is inspected for defects and are packaged carefully for shipment.
It is very rare to receive a defective item(s). In the event you receive a damaged item(s) or you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have a fair and clear Return and Exchange policy.
Please allow 1-2 business days or sooner (excluding weekends and holidays) for all orders to be processed and shipped and an additional 2-10 business days during transit.
Please read our policy below carefully before purchasing.
OUR RETURN POLICY GOES AS FOLLOWS:
***ONLY EXCEPTION*** If an item is found to be sold out after purchase due to an inventory count error a full refund will be issued.
***PLEASE NOTE*** Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
***REMEMBER*** Always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, WhatsApp 1-647-875-9806 or click on “Make A Return” located at the bottom of the site to request a return. Please send any photos if the items are damaged or wrong items was sent. Include your proof of purchase with your return package.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
ONLY REGULAR PRICED PURCHASED ITEMS (apparel, shoes, bags) are eligible for returns.
- All returns are issued via store credits only. Sorry, we do not offer refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, must have tags attached and be in the original package. Any item that has signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. Shoes must be placed in a shipping box. Please do not write or place any labels on the shoe box.
- Returns or exchanges must arrive at our office within 14 days of delivery date.
- Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item we will cover the return cost.
- We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items once the package is in the hands of the shipping company or packages being returned to us. Please keep your shipper's info in case you need to contact them. Contact the shipping company to file your claims.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for store credits to be emailed to you.
- Maya's Wardrobe reserves the right to refuse items deemed unsellable and items returned outside of this return and exchange policy.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
All sale items, Intimate items, Accessories, E-gift cards (e.g. undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, jewellery, sunglasses, hats, etc) and items purchased using a discount code are FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THESE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please double check your order to ensure the information submitting for purchase is correct.
