WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days(or sooner). Please note there may be a delay shipping orders if there's any problems with processing payments. To avoid delays, please make sure the billing information matches the information your credit card provider has on file. You can always check the status of your order by clicking on “Order Status” located at the bottom of the site.


ARE PRICES IN CAD or USD?

All prices are in Canadian dollars(CAD).

 

HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED ON MY ORDER?

The amount of taxes being charged depends on the order total and the destination's local and provincial tax laws. 

 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS\DUTY FEES?

All Canadian orders will not be charged customs and duty fees as we are shipping within Canada. International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees to which the customer will be solely responsible for.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Only regular priced purchased items are eligible to be returned or exchanged. Check our Return & Exchange policy for full details to see if your item(s) qualify. If you qualify, simply click on “Make A Return” located at the bottom of the website and file a request.

 

WHAT CAN I DO IF AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

Hit "notify me when available" and enter your email. We'll send you an email alert if and when that item is back in stock.
